Purchases

Customers must provide accurate and complete information at checkout, including shipping address, email, and any other required details.

ItsKatsumi is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We are not obligated to reship or refund orders due to incorrect information entered at checkout.

Once an order is placed, we are not obligated to make changes or cancellations.

 


 

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Shipping delays

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

 


 

Shipping & Lost Items

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility is transferred to the shipping carrier and the customer. ItsKatsumi is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit.

If your package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact your local carrier for assistance.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS).

Customers are responsible for any international taxes, duties, or customs fees for overseas orders.

If an incorrect shipping address is entered, please contact us immediately. However, we are not obligated to replace or refund orders shipped to the address provided at checkout.

 


 

Returned Packages (Incorrect Address)

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the order will not be refunded.

Customers may request to have the package re-shipped. In this case, the customer is responsible for:

  • The cost of a new shipping label

  • Any applicable handling or processing fees

Reshipping costs will be invoiced and must be paid before the item is shipped again.

If the customer does not respond or pay the reshipping invoice within a reasonable timeframe, the order will be considered abandoned and non-refundable.

 


 

Product Care & Liability

All items are handmade and may be delicate. Customers are responsible for handling items with care.

ItsKatsumi is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or accidents after delivery.

 


 

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

By placing an order, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before filing a dispute or chargeback.

Filing a false or fraudulent chargeback is considered fraud. We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks with supporting evidence, including order confirmations, tracking information, and proof of delivery.

We also reserve the right to refuse future service to customers involved in fraudulent activity.
